2022年、Disability Inclusion を世界で推進する Caroline Casey さん（Valuable500 ファウンダー）との出会いが、Motivator100® の出発点でした。
その後、「障害者雇用のここっておかしいよね？」という問いを軸にしたインタビュー企画や、月間インクルーシブトーク、ポッドキャストシリーズ「Blueprint」を重ねる中で、「障害の記憶を書き換える」ということばが生まれ、確信へと育っていきました。
この願いは、誰かが旗を振る運動ではなく、一人ひとりのセルフ・アドボカシーから静かに始まるものだと、私たちは考えています。
